We at TrickMyIdea work for the full satisfaction of the client and do the best we could to provide bug free/error free implementation to the client’s requirements. If client identifies any issue in the implementation within the support duration of ONE WEEK from the date of code delivery (deployment to client’s server or delivery as a installer or otherwise discussed before start of the work), it would be fixed free of cost For any work done below $500 the support duration is TWO DAYS ONLY.
Any work (fix/upgrade) performed on the same project/task after the support duration would be chargeable on hourly/fixed price depending on work or mutual agreement.
We do not support any product or service rendered for endless duration.
